Perrotis College, a division of the American Farm School (AFS), was established in 1996 to fulfill the growing demand for higher education in the fields of agriculture, environmental sciences, food technology, and beyond.
In the 29 years since its founding, Perrotis College has remained dedicated to preparing students for leadership roles in today’s global economy, focusing on developing innovative, sustainability-driven professionals ready to make a positive impact in their communities and industries.

Facilities
The Aliki Perrotis Educational Center spans three floors, covering 3,500 m², with two parallel wings connected by a spacious atrium. It houses state-of-the-art classrooms, study rooms, auditoriums, laboratories, and communal learning spaces, accommodating up to 700 students. The design follows the principles of sustainability, using materials and structural elements carefully selected to maximize the natural environment while minimizing the building’s energy footprint.
